Our Multi-Age Program brings children ages 1 to 5 together in a thoughtfully prepared, home-like classroom. Inspired by the natural rhythm of family life, younger children learn by observing older peers, while older children build leadership, empathy, and social responsibility. Together, they form a close-knit community where every child can participate, contribute, and grow at their own pace.

Younger children observe, imitate, and try

Older children contribute to the community
Older children have meaningful opportunities to help, explain, model, and encourage. These responsibilities build patience, confidence, empathy, and an understanding that leadership means caring for others.

Activities are prepared with varied levels of challenge. Educators observe each child closely and offer materials, questions, and support that match the child's current development without limiting learning to a single age label.
